Triathlon Race Day Checklist

While packing my gear for tomorrow's Tri the Creek Sprint, I thought I would share a great tool that has become a critical part of my pre-race activity and preparation. It is a customizable Race Day Checklist and can be found here: http://triathlon.racechecklist.com. I have also linked to it on my training blog here: http://tricarmack.blogspot.com/. I hope you find it as valuable as I have.See More
