Barr Trail Mountain Race at Cog Railroad Depot

July 14, 2013 from 6am to 12pm
A slightly-less-than-half-marathon distance challenging mountain race running from the Cog Railroad Depot to Barr Camp and back again. Part of the 2013 La Sportiva Mountain Cup. Proceeds will benefit El Paso County Search and Rescue as well as the Pikes Peak Road Runners. Register online--prices vary depending upon age, number of times having run the race in previous years, and date. Please pick up your packet prior to race day!See More

A ride to remember cyclists who have been injured or killed on public roadways

On Wednesday, May 19, cyclists from across Colorado Springs will gather at Old Town Bike Shop, 426 S. Tejon, to ride in honor of those who have been killed or injured while cycling on public roadways.

Yes, the $1,000 bonus for the fastest ascent time in either the Pikes Peak Ascent or Pikes Peak Marathon was instituted a few years ago and will continue for 2010. Ron
