My Many Meltdowns!

       Well, I just haven't  felt like talking about running much with all the fire's in Colorado, but it seems to be getting better.  I was often asked if we were busy during the Waldo Fire and I am happy to say that we did not transport anyone from the fire, great Job to the all the people who helped put out the fires.  It was incredible to see how the Springs came together and helped each other out.   …See More

Matt Carpenter is faster than a locomotive, Chaz LaLonde climbs Mount Everest and I finish the GOG!!

  One down and Two more to go!!  Great race this weekend in the Garden of the Gods.  I love all the races that Ron Igen puts on, these are all top notch events.  His races are truly for the runner!  Starting with a great first year expo, it never gets old to hear Bart Yasso speak about his past experiences.  I first saw him speak two years ago at the Pikes Peak Ascent/Marathon, very inspirational speaker.  What I also like, is that he…See More

       Well it's all most time for the Garden of the Gods 10 miler.  Hope everyones training is coming along well.  It's been a busy couple of weeks but I have been trying to get some more flat mileage into my training.  I actually ran the GOG route for the first time last week with a friend and coworker.  His name is Bill Bennett and he is running his first Triple Crown this year, this…See More
