I enjoy inspiring women to exercise and make healthier decisions in their health journey.  I moved here to Colorado Springs and run across so many people interested in fitness, what an awesome place to live.  I own a private personal training business and run Get Fit Small Group PT designed for any fitness level and focuses on correct exercise form, safety and making sure you have fun while you do it.  My motto's are Get Fit, Stay Healthy & Enjoy Life! and  Gotta Move It 2 Lose It!
