Good places outside to teach belaying?

I was wondering if there were any areas around the Springs that had anchors less than 20 feet off the ground that would be good for teaching people to belay? I tried the anchors that are set up at Ute Valley Park bouldering area, but they are placed very poorly and let the rope drag against lots of sandstone. Not good for my rope! Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks everyone!See More
