DESCRIPTION: UTE Valley Park, located within the city limits (North-West Side) of Colorado Springs, is another "premo" Parks and Recreation maintained park. It's open to hikers & bikers. It's very popular place to walk or ride when you don't have much time! This park is very scenic, full of trees, rock formations and rolling meadows. There are only a few combinations of trails so you don't have to worry about getting lost. This is a great place to learn how to Mountain Bike. It has a few technical spots, but they are very short in duration. You may have to take a few laps around the park to fill up a hours worth of ride time.
DIRECTIONS:From I-25 take the Woodmen Rd exit West on Woodmen Rd. Continue straight when Woodmen turns into Rock Rimmon Rd. Turn right on Vindicator and pass the Safeway and Eagle View Middle School on your left. There is a small parking lot on your left.
