HART (High Altitude Running Team) had a great team workout at Monument Valley Park.  Warmer weather and low winds made for some good times.  Officially training for the Garden of the Gods 10 Miler starts March 1st so there is still time to sign up.  There are registration packets at Boulder Running CO. or just come out Tuesday March 1st and meet the other team members.  We start warming up at 5PM behind Colorado College at the parking lot by the bridge on Catch Le Pudre.  For more info. e-mail bittingerchris1@gmail.com .

Lynn, have you tried mapmyrun or mapmyhike.com yet? They are really good sources of info for local hikes/runs. Since this is geared towards the Pikes Peak region, you might find more on there! Happy Trail Running!

Hey Lynn, thanks for the input! I'm not too familiar with the trails in OR or WA but let me see what I can dig up. Thanks again.

I know this is mostly for CO but is it possible to put some trail runs in for OR and WA?
Thanks! Lynn
