Tortoise and the Hare 5K

Here is a quick video from a really fun race in Colorado Springs, the Tortoise and Hare 5K. The race has a unique format with each runner receiving a handicap time based on their age and weight. The handicap gives slower runners a chance to win. Chuck Mead of Mosca in the San Louis Valley, and Colorado Running Company runner Connilee Walter took the wins.
