Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
Stephanie Meredith of Colorado Springs captured the top spot among all women runners at the Winter Series No. 1 10K trail race at Cheyenne Mountain State Park. The 28-year-old Runner's Roost sponsored runner finished in 55 minutes, 7 seconds on a hilly course that included plenty of ice and snow. Melissa Eichers-Bay, 35 of Colorado Springs was second in the women's race 55:26.
