The Pikes Peak Road Runners' 2014 Fall Series kicked off with a 3.5-mile run in Monument Valley Park. The event is famous for it's wet course that includes long stretches of running in Monument Creek. Race director Larry Miller takes a mischievous pride in creating challenging courses. Robby Young, who runs for the Boulder Running Company/Elite team, took the men's race, while KK Paul, a professional obstacle course racer, won the women's race.
