Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
The Ascent Cycling Series, produced by Andy Bohlmann and Sand Creek Sports, keeps gets better each week. About 135 riders took to the singletrack at Bear Creek Terrace in Colorado Springs on Wednesday. J.J. Clark won the men's Pro/Cat 1 race, while Tracy Thelan captured the women's title. The final race of the series is scheduled for June 19 in Cheyenne Mountain State Park.
