'Please marry me' ... runner proposes at Garden of the Gods 10-Mile awards ceremony
We have to give it up for Dave West of South Dakota who finished the Garden of the Gods 10-Mile Run, then proposed to his girlfriend Terri Miller at the race awards ceremony.
"I've loved you since the day we've met and you are my best friend," West said. "Please marry me."
She said yes.
