Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
After five miles in the wind and snow, the Winter Series III short-course (5 miles) race was decided in a sprint finish between Logan Wealing and Michi Weiss. Wealing took the win in 28 minutes, 47 seconds. Weiss clocked a 28:51.
Rochelle Persson won the women's short-course race in 35:37. Ruth Waller was second in 37:10.
