The top runners in the Pikes Peak Ascent watched Glenn Randall sprint away from starting line and to a man they all thought "no way." Well, Randall turned out to be the real deal, winning in 2:09.28.

This guy is a nobody - he's just out to hog the camera while he can!" The photographers in the truck were grumbling and thinking the same thing - "he's just gonna die when he gets to the trailhead!" I eat every one of my words - Glenn was unmatched! And the photographers and videographers him are thinking they got very lucky indeed to see this guy out in front of everyone and got the shots to prove it. Nice job, Glenn! You had us all fooled!
