Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
Dan Roberts, 24, of Colorado Springs, became the first runner to beat the 20-minute mark Palmer Lake Elementary July 4 Fun Run on Monday. Roberts charged through the 4-mile course in 19 minutes, 59.3 seconds, beating the old race record of 20:22 set by Ryan Hafer in 2005.
