Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
Four cyclist from Colorado Springs saddled up their Fat Bikes and hit the ice at Eleven Mile Reservoir. It was Allen Beauchamp's first experience on thick, clear ice. He couldn't get enough of it.

I was totally amazed (you probably get that from the video!) about the consistency and the beauty of the ice. Until you got your face right down to it, the bubbles looked cool but if you got close, the sun streaming through the ice would hit each bubble and it would sparkle like a million snowflakes all arranged in a globe. If you haven't seen it, I'd highly recommend it!
