Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
Western State cross country and track runner Tara Richardson won the Women's Distance Festival 5K Saturday at Monument Valley Park. Richardson finished in 18 minutes, 26 seconds, setting an age-group (15-19) record.
Amanda Occhi of Manitou Springs finished third 18:30. Christie Turak of Colorado Springs was third at 18:34.
