Robert Cheseret is making a home for himself on the trails of Colorado Springs. The 26-year-old runner who is training in the Army's World Class Athlete Program captured the first ever Top 10 race Saturday, clocking 50 minutes, 36 seconds over the 10-mile distance. Cheseret won the Classic 10K two weeks ago.
Megan Burrell won the women's race with a time of 1:07.32. Burrell, a Coronado High School graduate, is preparing for her senior cross country season at the University of Colorado.
