Fun night for the Jack Quinn's Runners at the Peak Performance Veterinary Group on North Nevada. The gang ran on the northern portions of the Pikes Peak Greenway trail, then beat it back to Peak Performance for beer and a spaghetti dinner.
Three runners, Randy and Carissa Kruse, and Chad Stockinger, completed their 100th runs and picked up their 'Century Club' shirts.
Fifteen runners earned their 10-run shirts.
The Kruses began running with the club two years ago.
"I work at Colorado College and I would see this mass of people running and wondered what it was all about," Randy Kruse said.
Carissa said the weekly Tuesday night run provides some motivation.
"It's a good excuse to exercise," she said. "It's fun to be part of a group. Since we started, a lot of our friends have started running here, too."
