Well I ended up joining 24 Hour Fitness b/c it allows me to hit the gym at 3:00 a.m. which I do quite frequently. I KNOW Villa is VERY nice as 1 of the instructors is a friend of mine so I've been in a couple of times when she needed bodies to get certified. She also stated that LifeTime is VERY nice too-as they say - you pay for what you get and I know at Villa and I believe at Life Time you will pay for what you get...I just needed/need some place I can workout at 3:00 a.m. LOL since I'm moving I'll still be as close to that 24Hour as I am to the one where I currently live...

I just got a membership to 24 Hour through where I work. It's pretty nice. I work in Denver so I hit the 24 up there during the week. On the weekends I go to one of the gyms down here in the Springs.

Belong to Villa Sport. The only thing I wish for is that it opened a little earlier. I'm going to check out Lifetime once it opens.

I belong to Villa Sport and love it. I worked out at a Life Time Fitness in Dallas and it is very nice. Bigger everything. Villa Sport put more attention into the small details such as shaving cream, mouthwash, deoderant etc in the locker rooms. Private TV's in every cardio Machine (Life Time had big screens in the cardio room on the wall). Both provide towl service and have nice spas. Villa has a nicer pool but Lifetime had a bigger pool. Having said that I can't wait to get a look at the COS Lifetime Fitness when it is open.

I belong to Villa Sport and love it. The Lifetime Fitness is still being built, but will be on powers near the new Super Target. I've heard great things about it.

I belong to Westside Fitness on S. 8th St. It's your basic, no frills gym, with low membership fees, no contracts, friendly staff, and locally owned.

I belong to 24 hour since it's the most convenient to home and work. The Lifetime Fitness is going to in over near Powers and Research, or somewhere near there.
