The famous Incline in Manitou Springs re-opened to the public on Friday after being closed for three months while construction crews fixed erosion problems on the old railway bed. Several hundred eager climbers began lining up shortly after sunrise for the 10 a.m. ribbon cutting, then made the migration to the top.
