Lori Stich defends her title at the 2012 Thunderstorm 5K in Colorado Springs
Lori Stich, 42, of Colorado Springs, won the Thunderstorm 5K for the second consecutive year. Stich posted a time of 20:51 over the hilly course at Discovery Canyon Campus School in Colorado Springs. But, perhaps more impressively, she hosted 50 college women cross country runners from Minnesota on Friday night. She was still smiling at the 5K finish line.
