This isn't the typical PikesPeakSports.us video but I thought it was fun, so here you go. My little Nikon Coolpix didn't want to sit still while I fought a feisty trout through the ice at Elevenmile Reservoir. You can hear the fish ripping line off the reel. I was getting ready to leave when this guy hit and I set the hook. Two other fishermen stopped by and worked the camera for me at the end. I've caught 1,000 trout (probably more than that) over the years and I've let most of them go. This one, however, is now in my freezer.
