This has been a good week so far. I ran a 10 mile long run on Sunday, Monday I swam with the Colorado Springs Swim team masters group, Tuesday I ran 5 miles downtown, Wednesday I had plenty of work to do so I could only get in a ride on the trainer in my basement. Today, Thursday, I've a got 6 mile run planned. Tomorrow it's back to the pool for another swim workout. Then on Saturday I'd like to get a long ride in and Sunday another long run, 11 miles planned.

A full week for sure but I'm feeling pretty good. No aches or pains so I'm going to keep going, inching up my long run in preparation for the Ft. Collins Marathon on May 9th.
