My ascent PR= 2:29:56- (2012)
Marathon best time-- 5:33- 2018. I did not race hard in 2017; i fell in the marathon in 2016. my ascent in 2016 was 3:05.
4 top tens- 7th-2006; 10th-2008; 9th-2009; 9th-2012
2 Overall Master championships --
2013-- 1st Master overall--2:44
1- 4th Overall Master-2016- 2:46:31
1- 5th Overall Master- 2017- 2:58:37 in high barometric pressure.
1 age division win in 2018-- coming off of injury.
2015- Ascent-- 1st Master Overall- 12th male overall- 2:45:43- tough conditions with dropping barometric pressure.
2016 Ascent- 4th Master Overall-2:46:31- 21st overall
(3) age group places: 2010-- 1st place 35-39 at the World Mountain Running Association championship-- 2:37; 2007- 2nd place- 35-39; 2004- 1st place- 30-34
2017- Doubler- 5th place Master overall
2018-- Doubler-- 1st place age division podium-- after taking months off with left knee injury-- shortened ascent finishing at Barr camp. Worked my way back to a triple crown of running age division award-- 2nd. 1:20:33
