Event Description
The Ha Hatse Sachini is a low key 5k on the campus of Fountain Valley School. The race is hand-timed and is usually just faculty, students, and parents. It’s run on a dirt course winding around our prairie with magnificent view of Pikes Peak. The Ha Ha was started by Native American students years ago as a fundraiser to attend a national conference, and proceeds now go to our Native American scholarship fund.
Come out for a Sunday morning jog or make this part of your Sunday long run. It’s a cheap race ($15 or $10 without a shirt – if you pre-register) for a good cause. Go to www.fvs.edu/haha5k for more info.
