Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
Look at the field in the Women's USATF Colorado Cross Country Championships at Monument Valley Park in Colorado Springs.
Laura Thweatt (Boulder Track Club) clocked 20 minutes, 45.7 seconds on the mostly flat 6K course to take the win. But it wasn't easy. Ellie Keyser chased her to the finish line to place second, about three seconds behind in 20:48.4. Brianne Nelson (Boulder Running Company/Adidas) placed third in 21:22.
