Runners in the Winter Series 2 charged up the first big hill in Bear Creek Park on Saturday (Jan. 23, 2016). Joe Gray took his second win of the series, covering the 8-mile course in 43 minutes, 16 seconds. Kristina Mascarenas won the women's race in 54:09.
The Colorado state cross country meet is held on the same course, which is widely lauded as one of the best cross-country courses in the western U.S.
