They're off and running in the Women's Distance Festival 5K on Saturday, May 21, in Monument Valley Park. Girls on the Run "inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running." The program includes two 10-week session in the Fall and in the Spring that culminate with 5K runs at Venetucci Farm and in Monument Valley Park.
