Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
More than 800 runners participated in the 34th running of the Sailin' Shoes 5K and 10K races on Saturday, June 16, in Colorado Springs. Sailin' Shoes is one of the area's classic races, featuring a mostly flat course in downtown Colorado Springs.
Congrats to 5K winners Greg Reindl of Denver and Christie Foster of Colorado Springs, and 10K winners Emilio Trujillo and Brianne Pierson of Colorado Springs.
