Old habits die hard for Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure runners Connie and Chuck McKenzie

For the fifth straight year, Connie McKenzie, 58, was the first survivor to cross the finish line in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Sunday in the Garden of the Gods.
But she isn't the only person in her family to do amazing things there. Her son, Chuck McKenzie, won the race for the fifth consecutive time.
The race was hosted by Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southeastern Colorado and is one of 130 Race for the Cure events in the U.S.
Funds raised are used to support breast cancer patients in El Paso, Pueblo and Teller Counties.
