Friday Night Computrainer Races at CTS

I just finished the 4 week training series at CTS and had a great time. Jason hosted a very fun and challenging event. This is the first time that I had the opportunity to actually see my power output with their computrainer system. I see the areas I need to concentrate on, some are evident in the video, (no I am not going to tell you which one I am). In the words of Colin Chapman, "to add speed, add lightness", I see I need another 20#'s of lightness. All the people competing were fun, elite cyclists and average joes like myself all encouraging each other. CTS was also very accommodating in the fact that the day of the first race I had 2 of my bicycles stolen and they loaned me a bike to use through the series, BIG THANKS Megan and Jason. I was really down that day and Megan made sure that she found a bike I could use, it definitely improved my mood. I introduced my neighbor to the series and by the end of last night she was so stoked and impressed she joined, Thanks again to Jason. Look forward to spending more time at CTS.
