Tonight, my daughter and I ran the Jack Quinn's running club run for the first time. It was a dream come true for me. I'm sure that sounds pretty weird but running with my kids and sharing the enjoyment that I get out of it with them is and has been a dream of mine. I hope that they can grow up loving running like I do but if they don't it's okay. I just want to give them a doorway to lifelong fitness.

The run tonight was really nice. We just took it slow and talked about all different things. My daughter later said to me "that was a really great run tonight". I couldn't agree more.
