Blue Moon Trail Run (5k, 10k, and Kids Races) at Ute Valley Park (Run); Pinon Valley Park (Staging)

August 31, 2012 from 6pm to 8pm
The 1st Annual Blue Moon trail run, a twilight event launching 6 p.m. on August 31.  The 5K and 10K races are staged at Piñon Valley Park in NW Colorado Springs and runs exclusively along dirt trail and slick rock of varying elevations through beautiful Ute Valley Park.  Kids races also are available (hosted by Girls on the Run), and childcare available (provided by Parks and Recreation).  Food and fun follows.  Proceeds benefit Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department - Community…See More
