Howdy Denise,

Glad to see you on Pikes Peak Sports. This site keeps me "in the loop" with all the fun events and the behind-the-scenes stuff around the area. They informed me that the Ring-the-Peak trail is now complete. They're constantly giving updates about the progress of making the Incline legal for public use. Plus, they give useful training tips and interviews with world-class athletes (which are plentiful in this region).
