Running, Cycling, Hiking and Climbing in the Pikes Peak Region
Gabriela Ferrat makes her way toward the finish for a first place in the women's pro catergory of the Cheyenne Canyon Hill Climb, Sunday, April 11, 2010. Ferrat finished in 20 minutes, 30 seconds. The 3.1-mile climb up the canyon ascends 1,250 feet with pitches up to 18 percent with an average 8.5 percent. The Course record is 13 minutes, 34 seconds by Tom Danielson.
