First minimalist type shoe I've tried.. as I was working towards barefoot, but I may just stay with these since they work so well, and eliminated all knee pain and back issues I had when I took up running. No way you can heel strike. Anyway, I have the 6MM Contacts.. which have performed great on the Barr Trail and Incline..
