Uganda awaits you, truly one of the world’s hidden treasures. Join notable author and mountaineer Gerry Roach and Stan Havlick as they share their adventures of this African paradise. A few of the highlights of their presentation include the high peaks of the Rwenzoris (aka the Mountains of the Moon), the unique wildlife of Queen Elizabeth National Park, the famous source of the Nile, and finally a once-in-a-lifetime trek into the impenetrable jungles of southwestern Uganda to experience the awesome mountain gorillas. Don’t miss this special evening.
Gerry is a world-class mountaineer and the author of many classic Colorado titles, including Colorado's 14ers, Colorado's Thirteeners, Flatiron Classics, and more. He will be available to sign books after the show.
