5-km run or walk and 5-mile run on the newest community trail. Entire course is on 8' wide paved trail alongside a 4' wide soft surface trail.
All proceeds from this event are doubled by local government to connect our high school into the trail system.
Trail was funded by a Safe Routes to School grant so there will also be a Bike Skills Clinic after the race to certify students of all ages on bike safety on the roads and trails prior to Oct 5th International Walk/Bike to School day
